Music Producer Engineer + Manager

As an experienced recording producer, engineer, and manager, I successfully generated $30,000 in record sales in just two months, combining sales through HMV and bootleg sales. I was also awarded a $5,000 FACTOR grant to support my work. In my producer role, I worked closely with the artist to develop their performance and ensure their vision was reflected in the final recordings. This included providing vocal coaching and developing the artist's official website, which I built using Flash and registered under a domain name that I secured.

In pre-production, I was responsible for coordinating all aspects of the process, including booking compatible background vocalists and session musicians, coordinating studio time, and hiring sound engineers for mastering. I also used a range of recording software, such as Cubase, Avalon, Pro Tools, Reason, Acid Pro, and MPC Akai 2000, and was proficient in MIDI. I produced, arranged, and recorded several albums and singles on various formats, including cassettes, vinyl, and CD-ROM.

My technical skills extended beyond music production. I also played a crucial role in the marketing and promotion of the artist's work. I created all the graphics for marketing and promotion, as well as for clothing, and wrote biographies for record label pitches. I also designed all the printed assets, such as flyers, posters, CD jackets, and album covers, and worked closely with printing houses to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

As a manager, I oversaw the process of hiring vehicles, camera operators, hotels, booking venues and shows, and shooting and editing the "Mega City" music video using Premiere and Vegas Video.
